My friend from like . . . 5th grade? He was Matthew, but I think he kissed me.
Why did you choose your default icon?
Because my husband and I really do like vampires.

I've never attempted it.
Name someone that made you laugh today?
Um . . . Suzie always makes me laugh, and considering I worked all night with her (where part of that was technically today), I'd have to say Suzie.
How late did you stay up last night and why?
I was up all night because I was at work.
If you could move to another city, where would you and why would you?
Don't know. My husband keeps entertaining the thought of Phoenix.
Ever been kissed under fireworks?
I think so?
Which of your friends lives closest to you?

Do you believe exes can be friends?
I agree with Slayme on this one - it truly depends on the people and the circumstances. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Calling or texting?
I prefer to IM. I like things in writing. It's not all that different from texting, I suppose, except I can use all 10 fingers. (Copied that directly from Slaymesoftly who copied it from another LJ friend . . .)
How do you feel about Dr Pepper?

Oh I have no idea . . .

My office, surrounded by cats who insist on stepping on my keyboard and shedding all over me.

Haha. After checking my various cameras, I have learned that I am the last person I took a picture of!
Was yesterday better than today?
No, because today I don't have to go to work all night.

Yes

Um, mildly annoyed with my cat, but not really mad.
When was the last time you were extremely disappointed?
I recall being disappointed with my patient assignment last night.
Are you a bad influence?
Probably, to somebody.

Computer, coffee, camera

The patient in room 317 . . . the last one I checked on my just-before-I-leave rounds. Last person I visited when I wasn't their nurse? I can't even remember.
How do you feel about your life right now?
If my head would quit its post-night-shift, hypoxic throbbing . . . then not too bad.
Do you hate anyone?
I don't truly hate anyone. Strongly dislike? Sure, there's always somebody.
Can you easily tell if someone’s fake?
Most of the time.
Say you were given a drug test right now, would you pass?
Yes. And I handle narcotics on a regular basis.
Has anyone ever called you perfect before?
If so, I believe they should take that drug test.
What song is stuck in your head?
Deny by Default, which is weird because I haven't heard that song in forever, but there it is, playing in my head.
Someone knocks on your window at 2am, who do you want it to be?
Somebody with a good reason to be knocking on my window at 2am -- could be my husband coming home for his break when working nights, but I'd accept a drop in from Spike, too.

Visit with my parents who are coming to town.

Well, the weekend contained some excitment (namely in the form of people having chest pain right before I was supposed to go home), but it wasn't exactly exciting.

Several times . . . usually red

No
Are you an emotional person?
Depends. I can be, under the right circumstances.
What's something that can always make you feel better?
My husband and chocolate. Preferably in combination.

Yes.
