Loved this to Little Bits! It's always delightful to read stories about Spike and Dawn's friendship. And once again I'm wishing they would've shown something like this in canon.
They're so comfortable around each other. I think the thing I like the most about them is how effortlessly Dawn sees through Spike's 'evilness', and how Spike never can hide anything from her. They are the best possible people to keep each other from collapsing.
