What works for me is that I put the clocks forward on Saturday morning. I then go through the whole day ahead of everyone else, and to bed at my normal time (by the put forward clocks). Then on Sunday, when everyone else is adjusting to the new time, I'm already there. *grins* Yes, I am mad. But for some reason, I can lose an hour during the day with no problem, but from my sleep time? Nah uh.
